Carp Breeding
Superior Genetics for Maximum Yield
Our specialized Carp Breeding Unit focuses on producing high-quality spawn and fry. By carefully selecting broodstock and maintaining optimal hatchery conditions, we ensure that our carps exhibit rapid growth, disease resistance, and excellent flesh quality.
The Breeding Cycle
Broodstock Selection
Identifying mature, healthy parent fish with the best genetic traits.
Inducing Spawning
Using scientific horomone administration to trigger natural spawning in controlled tanks.
Incubation
Monitoring water flow and oxygen levels in hatching jars to ensure high hatch rates.
Nursery Rearing
Feeding formulated diets to fry for 30 days before distribution to farmers.
Our Major Varieties
Rui (Rohu)
The most popular carp species. Known for its vertical feeding habit and excellent market demand. Our strain grows 20% faster than wild varieties.
Katla (Catla)
Surface feeder with a rapid growth rate. Ideal for polyculture systems. We breed for a wider body shape which yields more meat.
Mrigal (Mrigel)
Bottom feeder that helps keep the pond ecosystem balanced. Our fingerlings are highly robust and adapt well to various water conditions.
“Our commitment to quality spawn is the first step towards a successful harvest for every fish farmer in Bangladesh.”
